In today’s Society of Indian Record Collectors (SIRC), Bangalore chapter session presented by Gajendra Khanna recordings from two EPs and one 78 rpm were played.
First was an EP Naghma-O-Ghazal which had 4 Ghazals composed and sung by Shamshad Begum, all written by Anjum Jaipuri released in 1971.


The second EP was by Jani Babu Qawwal which had the qawwalis ‘Chhod De Peena Chhod De’ and ‘Ek Bholi Si Ladki’ composed by him himself and written by Raza Haidri Jaipuri and Payam Saeedi Respectively.

After that both sides of Meghdoot’s 78 rpm for the song O Barsha Ke Pehle Badal sung by Jagmohan Sursagar were played.

In the second part, the choices of various members were played. At the end a Jingle of Hamam sung by Kamal Barot and speech of Subhash Chandra Bose (Netaji) from Young India label were played courtesy Dr Suresh Chandvankar / Sunny Mathew of SIRC.
