 based on the story of one of the 12 alwars OF TAMILNADU this film titles vipranarayanareleased in 1954 is about the life of a tamil vaishanavaite saint called vipranarayana who dedicated his life to the service of lord perumal /vishnu.he grows flowers in his garden ,makes beautiful garlands and lovingly decorates his god with his humble offering.. he is seduced by an arrogant dancer devadevi.....who vows to break his vow and make him "her" devotee...this song is where she throws all her allure and power of sensual mastery for her final triumph...its a fantastic song /moonlight song.......which draws in our senses too with the most amazing composition by s rajeswar rao ( the brilliant telugu composer who also composed for chandralekha-1948).......sung by the inimitable actress bhanumati in her arrogant style with all the necessary airs and graces....its told that the hero akkineni nageswar rao who played the title role was so in awe of her that he took many retakes to even touch her or be romantic with her in this film........plz enjoy it.....for ur listening pleasure....
