Today's feature is on the above topic for individual study-n-reaction based 'solely on MERIT of
(a) the overall depth in the music composition, &
(b) the individual rendition-pairs and their performances.

The (3) MDs , Singing Pairs-n-Films are :
==========================

Anil Biswas  for Lata / Ira Nagrath from ANOKHA PYAR ('48);

Pt. Gobindram for Rajkumari / Zohrabai from DUSRI SHADI ('47)

&

G. Ramanathan for Jikki / P. Leela from the Tamil film : DEVAKI ('51)

All the above THREE/3 of them were MIGHTY Music Directors contemporary-wise in their creativeness-n-styles and had their 'share of LUCK' during their individual careers from 1940 -1960 or so.

Both by music and singers I like the Doosri Shadi song. I totally disagrre with you when you call Rajkumari a thin voice. Her voice was a bit soft but equally weighty like most other singers of her time. Here, as much as Zohrabai. They were best friends and it is certainly a pleasure to hear them sing together. Thanks a lot for the rare gem.
