It is quite easy to add an mp3 to an article. The mp3 you want to play must be hosted on an external website accessible by http link. (This could be your own site, one of the many free sites or even the media section of your blog if it allows linking them. You can also request admin to provide a link after mailing the song but that may cause some delay.). Please note that it is the responsibility of the author to ensure that the owner of the website has permitted to share the audio. Prof Surjit Singh ji has generously permitted linking to songs of his site which has an enormous collection. So, feel free to link songs from the site for playing here. You should first get the link of the songs you want to play. For e.g. If from the page for movie Singar. You'd like to share the Surinder Kaur song, Dil Aane Ke Dhang Nirale Hain which is the song no 5 there. Right click on that link and copy its address. In this case, it is:- http://hindi-films-songs.com/singaar-05-dil-ane-ke.mp3 Then you need to type in the link between the tags {play} and {/play}. Hence, you need to type in the following for the above link {play}http://hindi-films-songs.com/singaar-05-dil-ane-ke.mp3{/play}If you have typed it correctly, the song shall appear in the article for playing as shown below:- Please note that if you so wish, you can upload your audios as videos to your youtube channels and link them in your articles as shown here. . You could also upload and share files from divshare as explained in the procedure here. Feel free to use this facility extensively to spread the joy of listening.
