The Lata song you put above is from Zimbo Comes to Town (1960). I find it highly unlikely that it was composed by Vinod for this film. It has the unmistakeable Chitragupta stamp all over. Lyricist is Prem Dhawan. Maybe your sourse confused this with a similarly worded Asha song from this film - itni baat bata de guiyan.

Yes, I myself was doubtful of it. Have removed, now that its confirmed its from another movie.
