This is an extremely rare trio sung by G.M. Durrani, Meena Kapoor and Geeta Dutt. 
The lyrics are by Saraswati Kumar "Deepak" ji. 
It occured in two parts on the record. 
Here is the first part shared by Girdharilal ji:-
It also has a second part, with lyrics Daiyya Ho Daiyya Daiyya Daiyya Jaane Ki Taiyaariyaan.
