Pt Amarnath is definitely one of the best composers of the 1940s. Kaise Kahoon(1945) is one of his movies.
Only few songs recently got available from M.L. Kapur ji's collection which are available for listening here.
Update: All but one of the songs have been provided by music lover Murtaza Ghullam in response to our request. Thanks a lot to him.
Thanks a lot to Balaji for sharing the singer details as well.
Now details of song no 1 remain pending. It has similar lyrics to another song (no 9). No record number for it is available. Are they the same?

See dear YouTube user Murtazaghullam Ji's channel. He has been kind enough to upload three more Zeenat Begum songs (songs number 4, 7 and 10) Song 4 is a duet with S. D. Batish.

I hope he uploads the remaining 4 vintage rares as well.

Song 1 is by Zeenat Begum Ji, Shamshad Begum Ji and Chorus. Got it recently, very luckily actually. Both are, in fact, O Hum Aaj Chalein (no Aao in either). Both have Shamshad Ji but the variation is with Zeenat Ji in the first and Batish Ji in the second.
